I have serious dark circles and veins under my eyes always had them whats the best concealers and make ups?

if you could give me links on ebay to the right stuff

im a guyI have serious dark circles and veins under my eyes always had them whats the best concealers and make ups?
OK, two of the ones I've been using forever, they're both liquid:

Almay line smoothing concealer: http://www.productsjunky.com/wp-content/鈥?/a>

Lancome Maquicomplet: http://lysmakeup.com/images/lancomemaqui鈥?/a>

I don't really use ebay, so I dunno how to get those links for you, but those are the pics of the products. If you're shy about going to the store to buy them, don't be, you could just pretend you're getting them for your gf cuz she's too lazy to go out to buy them.I have serious dark circles and veins under my eyes always had them whats the best concealers and make ups?
Sephora carries a brand called stila. They have good stick concealers. Make sure that one you are picking out a shade of concealer that you choose the one that is closest to your natural skin tone.

What kind of concealer can I use to cover dark circles under my eyes?

I have really dark circles under my eyes :(

I wanted to buy the yellow Physicians Formula liquid concealer to put under it... would that help?

Also, another question: What kind of powder woudl you suggest for me to use... I have a kind of uneven-fair skin tone from acne and such, but it's getting better.

Does L'Oreal True Match Super Powder work well? Has anyone use it? x)

%26gt; If you don't reccomend these products, what WOULD you reccomend?

Hehe, sorry, that was long. 10 POINTS TO BEST ANSWER, who answers all :DWhat kind of concealer can I use to cover dark circles under my eyes?
get a dry conciler that is a shade or so lighter than your skin tone. take a little bit and just rub it under your eyes. What kind of concealer can I use to cover dark circles under my eyes?
Use a concealer about one shade darker than the rest of your face. A yellow concealer would work, but you need to add something skin-toned on top.

Try Make Up For Ever HD Microfinish Powder. I use it and I love it, it keeps my shine-free all day. Also use concealer over any uneven spots (I love Benefit's Boi-ing). You can consider a primer too, to help keep your makeup all day. I use CARGO blu ray High Definition Mattifier, it makes my skin silky smooth. All these can be bought at Sephora.

I haven't tried the L'Oreal stuff, I'd strongly recommend what I mentioned above- yes, it's a tad pricey, but so worth it, I'd buy it all over again.
The best concealer I have ever tried, hands down was from a company called ';Colortration'; (http://colortration.com/) whats great is that you can order a sample pack for like $15 and it comes with different colors so you can either mix or find the best color for you. They are highly pigmented so a very little goes a long way.

I have other makeup artist friends who swear by this concealer.

As far as powder, it sounds like you need a powder foundation. I have always liked Lancome's Dual Matte because you can use it dry for medium coverage or with a wet sponge for full coverage. Good luck!
OK! For dark circles, try to get 8 hours a night sleep. Drink plenty of water. You can apply cold compresses. That stuff will help to make the circles lighter. As far as concealer goes, my mom uses that and she loves it. Make sure that you use the concealer on the inner corners of your eyes. People tend to forget that spot.

For powder, I have similar skin tone and I like Lancome's Dual Finish in Matte Porcelaine D茅licate. Bonus: you can use this stuff as a foundation as well. I also like Hard Candy's Complexion Perfection Powder in Sugar Cookie. Right now, all Hard Candy stuff is 50% off. I don't know about the L'Oreal stuff, I am not a big fan of their products.

Hope this is helpful!
This may seem a little odd at first, but a good way to cover them is with matte orange lipstick. (Crazy sounding I know.) Here is a youtube video I found the other day that shows you.. it really does work well!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkOYBiy1n鈥?/a>

Not sure about the Physicians Formula concealer or the L'Oreal True Match stuff (never used them o.O) but for you question about powder, I would use something with minerals and SPF in them, but make sure you to use a really light moisturizer first.
PF is also good. I highly recommend Bare Escentuals. I also have acne scars and uneven skin tone. BE covers all the imperfections of my skin and still looks natural.I tried True Match..I ended up getting blemishes and clogged my pores.
Good luck with that I have dark circles allso I've used every kind and nothing really works as good as I would like
use a cream concealer stick.

or use plain cool tea bags over eyes at night. then the puffiness should go away.

Im 13 and i have dark circles under my eyes (pics) i have the wet n wild concealer in medium it doesnt work ?

ive blended the concealer under my eyes :http://i87.photobucket.com/albums/k136/bebe_041/DSC00917.jpg

Babe, I'm looking at your pic and I don't see any dark circles. You may be a bit critical of yourself cuz to me, you look fine.

However, if you're still bent on using makeup, I recommend you stop using Wet n Wild products altogether. The quality isn't very good. I recommend the Mac line if you're thinking higher end, or Maybeline Mineral Concealer which is both great way to cover up and good for your skin overall.
Wet n wild isn't a good brand...they have nice lip gloss and that's about it. I'm a cosmetologist and i dont trust wet n wild...its bad for the skin and just doesn't work.

I would try either-

Loreac double feature-its the best

lancome concealer

or erase paste by benefit

all these are found at your local department store, sephora, or cosmetic market.

I'm 14 and I have some dark circle too. Stick makeup doesn't work. Try using a liquid and apply with a brush. I suggest going to store like Macy's or Dillards and go to one of the makeup counters (like Clinique or Lancome) and have the makeup artist there help you choose the perfect shade. You sometimes also get free samples!

Good luck! =]
Wet N' Wild makeup is crap. If you want to stay in a cheap price range, try MAC.

I hope this helps!
You DON'T have dark circles under your eyes - I think you're very pretty!

Wet n Wild brand isn't very good :o(
YOur cute. I dont see any lines

Whats the best concealer I can use for dark circles under my eyes and to cover freckles/blemishes/any acne?

Ok, so I have dark brown skin (I'm of Indian origin). I have pretty clear skin I guess, except for a few freckles, and some acne on my forehead. My big problem though are the dark circles under my eyes. I work super hard in school and I do so much extra credit, which results in my sleeping really late (like 2 am sometimes) on a school night (I have to wake up at 5:45 on school mornings, and 8 on weekends..my parents don't let me sleep later on weekends =/ ). ANYWAYS, I need a good, CHEAP concealer that's still good quality to use for the dark circles and the freckles...forget about the acne that will go away. But I need a cheap, good quality concealer that gives me a flawless look (lol) and that takes like almost no time to put on. Thanks in advance =] =].Whats the best concealer I can use for dark circles under my eyes and to cover freckles/blemishes/any acne?
max factor pan stick - it lasts about 6 months even if you apply it twice a day - put it on with a little brush and just dab in with your fingertip. I have serious dark circles and it works for me as it's heavy coverage, but you can control the amount you put on if you use a brush. It's marketed as a foundation but it's in stick form - you can use it as foudation as well, just apply with a sponge.Whats the best concealer I can use for dark circles under my eyes and to cover freckles/blemishes/any acne?
I've had the eye bag problem for a very long time. The best thing i can recommend for you is not make up but sleep and drinking enough water. Concealer won't help you get rid of dark circles, they still show.
I use MAC, almost no time to put on and i look flawless! i cant remember exactly how much it was but it was prob $15.. not cheap thats the only downside
makeup
put a tea bag on your eyes for 20 mins make sure its green tea

  • Is it possible for no concealer to work for the circles under my eyes?

I went to MAC last weekend and I even got one of the make-up ladies to help me. She picked out a concealer but it's still not working. She picked out one that almost matches my skin tone. Aren't you supposed to get one that is lighter?

When I put on concealer, like, the circles are still kind of noticeable. It gets kind of cracked even when I put on moisturizer first. Am I not putting it on right? What is a good concealer that is under $25?Is it possible for no concealer to work for the circles under my eyes?
hmm..no, a concealer which matches the skin ton should be preffeed, or a very close shade. your concealer cracks because the skin is not soft and enough moisturised to hold it. take a soft sponge and soak it with water. rub it gently under the eyes until you feel the softness, then put some face powder on the circles. then apply the concealer. and lightly dab the sponge on it ot make it stick.

of course, no concealer will hide the dark circles completely if they are too prominent.

take some cotton and dip it into ice cold milk and apply them on the eyes before you sleep at night. the circles will be gone in no time.

    Hope I helped.

Goodluck! Is it possible for no concealer to work for the circles under my eyes?
Well Try putting it on by dabbing dont smear and blend it in then it wont cover any thing. But dabb it with your middle finger or with a brush. Check out the video below and she will teach you how to put it on correctly also on how to put on fondation. Thanks hope helped!

Lines under my eyes? What are they? Would a good concealer hide it?

I don't have bags under my eyes nor dark circles, but I have a line under both of my eyes. I highly doubt there wrinkles, btw, I am 22 and been had these lines under my eyes for a long time since I was a child. It is somewhat noticeable just a tab, but I was wondering:

    1) Does anyone know what they are?

    2) What can I use to atleast get rid of them or hide them?

    2) Would a good eye concealer do the job?

    3) Is there any home remedies to get rid of them or is it genetics?

Lines under my eyes? What are they? Would a good concealer hide it?
Yeah, I've noticed I've had them for several years also and I'm 20. I THINK it's some kind of water retention that causes (not dark circles) like a little puffy downward line like on top of your cheek bone (well at least mine is lol). I didnt read that book of a post above me much but it probably has some stuff you can do. I myself havnt tried to get rid of em but basicly what CAN cause it from what I've read is stress, allergies, a high intake of salt, or im guessing a bad sleep schedule.

since im a guy im kind of lazy to do anything about it but you could go as small as keeping your head elevated when you sleep, or you can do the random stuff like put slices of cucumbers on your eyes or chilled teabags for maybe 5 minutes or so to reduce the water retention. and also drink a lot of water. : DLines under my eyes? What are they? Would a good concealer hide it?
    u have a sleeping disorder
omg i have the same thing but im 12 lol im wondering to
    Hope these tips can help.

Special Gentle Massage: It’s important that the tiny capillaries under the eyes be stimulated. This massage is to help reduce lines and wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness: Take a finger and press firmly, but gently, on one spot on the area under the eye. While pressing down firmly, and without lifting the finger, make a small rotating motion several times. You can also just press firmly, lift your finger up, and do it again several times in one spot. Then go to the spot next to it until you have massaged all areas under the eye.

Sleep The Right Way: Puffiness can be caused by an accumulation of fluid in the eye area, possibly from allergies or a sinus problem. Try sleeping with your head a little higher so this fluid cannot accumulate as easily. Try this for 2 weeks and see what the results are. I don’t believe in sleeping on high pillows in general, as they are not the best for your body alignment. If you decide you need to stay with the higher pillow make sure your neck is properly supported.

Get Enough Sleep and Rest: Yes, you have heard this before. But it really is true. While you are testing these suggestions try to get 7 or 8 hours rest. Then make up your own mind if this is good for you.

Allergies: People with puffy eyes caused by allergies are constantly rubbing and stretching the collagen, fibers and skin around the eyes. Keep this up and you’ll develop loose, maybe baggy, skin around the eyes. See your doctor for the proper eye drops and treatment if necessary.

Using a “Dark Circle Remover” Make-up: To hide dark circles use a product that covers well yet is light in texture. Use one with Mica to reflect light, which causes a “light reflection” in your dark area. See our Web site for Oleda® Time Machine for Dark Circles.

Reduce Stress: Some say that dark circles are encouraged by stress, that it can cause an increase in melanin production under the eyes. If you can’t get rid of the stress at the moment, make sure you are taking enough vitamins/minerals/trace minerals with plenty of all the vitamin B family. This can help you deal with the stress better. (Please read about the Oleda Age-Enhancer Antioxidant Capsules on our Web site in “Vitamins %26amp; Supplements.”)

Creams For Under Eyes: Lines and wrinkles under the eyes are not always a sign of aging, but could be an indication of wear and tear of the skin, as well as lack of treatment. Since the skin is so thin and delicate under the eyes it needs to be constantly “conditioned and treated” with creams. There are three Oleda® creams I use. Because my skin is so dry I use Wrinkle-Smooth Night Cream on my entire face making sure I apply it under my eyes at night. I use Nutritive Day Cream or sometimes Vitamin C Cream in the morning, even when I apply make-up for the day. Then there is the Fragile Eye Cream I use at times. You should know it’s ok to mix and match the creams…it’s whatever works for you.

Which is the best concealer-high coverage-for dark cirlces under the eyes?

    Hi,

I have tried YSL (Touche Eclat) and find its more or a highlighter, and tried other concealers and nothing seems to cover the dark cirles.

I need something to wear over my foundation (but won't rub my foundation off and isn't dry), and one that not only covers the dark under-eye area completely (or as much as possible), but slightly highlights. But i still want it to look natural still, I don't want it to be obvious that i'm trying to cover it up.

I'm in desperate need for a good concealer - can anyone help??Which is the best concealer-high coverage-for dark cirlces under the eyes?
different concealer and ways to apply it are here.

Best RegardsWhich is the best concealer-high coverage-for dark cirlces under the eyes?
Actually alot of people use lighter shade of concealer for their dark rings... actually you should should use a concealer that is 1 shade daker than your skin tone...

Then use 2 way cake to cover it and to balance out the colour...

    I always like

Maybelline Age Rewind Double Face Perfector Concealer , I use it alot even though I'm only 14 , it covers almost ALL imperfections and comes with a concealer and a hightlighter . and It's quite cheap and last quite long...

Salmon Coloured concealer is the best colour for dark under-eye circles

there's this garnier caffeine roll on stick, all my friends use it and say it works straight away.

it looks like a green stick with a ball on the end.

    try it!
Do an Answers Search and you will see many say the Garnier roll did not work.

These safe, natural low cost treatments really work and give fast results.

This is a response I received from wannabeblue28:

    ';Hi Mukunda M. I have just been rubbing my face with oil using my fingers and hands and It has made a HUGE difference in my complexion after just one night. ...... My skin looks so much tighter everywhere and i no longer have bags under my eyes! Thank you so much for your post, I have been suffering with acne and under-eye circles since i was young.';

She had seen an answer I gave about how vigorous face massaging with essential oils had permanently got rid of my acne and also removed my bags/circles. The massages greatly tighten skin under and around the eye area and the bags go away.

The most helpful ones are: Using both hands together (1) Do long up and down sweeps close to nose from chin area up to near eyes. (2) Do another up and back at an angle from chin point to cheek bone. (3) Do fast up and down massage close to eye from cheek bones at an angle of 45 degrees (on your crows feet). If do all 3 for several minutes daily - will markedly tighten skin and diminish the circles in the first two days. Use any oil. Olive is good. To avoid skin pulling first make skin taught by partially opening mouth and pulling lips firmly back against teeth(tightens most of face)

Additionally facial yoga exercises help a great deal. Find on Youtube. Do the ';The lion face'; and try to hold for 30 seconds. A variation of that is protruding the tongue as if trying to touch tip of nose with tip of tongue.

YOGA MEDITATION is a great help.and is easy to do. Contact me for more info. It enables you to completely relax and gives you deep, restful sleep. 6 hours of restful sleep is considerably more beneficial than 8 or more hours of non restful sleep.

    Under eye concealer?

can u recommend a good drugstore brand under eye concealer?Under eye concealer?
    Neutrogena : under eye corrector

    or

    Almay : Bright Eyes

You can get them both at any Target, Walmart, etc.

I have used them both and they are really good.Under eye concealer?
NYC. Try Ulta, they also have store brands in their store and hopefully you can try it before you buy it. Also, buy a shade or two lighter than your skin and finish up blending it in with your foundation. Good luck.
l'oreal infalliable concealer...its great ... im spotty so you know it works....

or benefit ... but im not sure you can get it at a chemist.....

sorry im british... we dont call it a drugstore.... :)

I have dark circles under my eyes and i cant put on concealer because it looks cakey and it goes into my fine?

lines, and even powder looks cakey!!! im 14 years old and i have little wrinkles on my dark circles =[ i was wondering if you guys can help me and figure out what i should/can do to make it not look cakey, and i usually just use powder concealer, and if you have any interesting tips on how to help dark under eye circles go away alittle bit then i would really love to hear =] thank you so much!!!I have dark circles under my eyes and i cant put on concealer because it looks cakey and it goes into my fine?
Have you experimented with different formulas? Try a concealer that has a creamy texture and apply it with a concealer brush under your eyes. I would suggest the Revlon Beyond Natural concealer, or the concealer pot by NYX (you can find NYX at Ulta, if you have one nearby).

If you want to splurge you can try the concealer pots by MAC, but at 14 years old I'm not sure if you will want to splurge on super high-end makeup.I have dark circles under my eyes and i cant put on concealer because it looks cakey and it goes into my fine?
i have the same thing. you just need to put the concealer on right. i use covergirl concealer stick(looks like nude lipstick) and i appluy it to the dark space between my eyes and nose and under with a small brush. rubb it in nicely. it seriously works. put the powder foundation on your face and it will work just fine. whenever you can, put a coke can or ice on your eyes to reduce puffiness. plus, i darker eye helps the circles. just make sure you take it off ebfore bed.
I thought I had wrinkles there too and I'm 23. I was corrected by a makeup artist, we are just seeing natural lines, not actual wrinkles lol. We focus in on them because it's ourselves but if it were anyone else you wouldn't notice!

don't worry, just wear concealer. you can use a powder concealer too whcih wont go into that line.

to neutralize the colors of dark circles get a concealer that is orange or yellow based depending on whether your circles are more blue or purple. :) then foundation.
    wow!

well I think that MAC select cover up is amazing

    and a tip:

so your conealer doesnt settile in to fine lines and looks cakey

try a patting motion with your CLEAN ring finger when blending concealer

also, a setting powder helps try a powder foundation,or a translucent powder.

    good luck!
i've always had dark circles and the stuff i found that works the best, and doesn't cake or go into fine lines is Benefit: Boin-ing, Benefit Erase Paste and Makeup Forever Full Cover. All are a little pricey, btw 20-30, but all work great.

I haven't been able to find a drug store concealer that does anything for under eye circles.

What i usually do is put one of those on, then foundation, touch up under the eye with whichever correcter if needed. and then set it with a powder so it stays.

i've tried every recommended thing to make them go away, but none of it works. you jsut have to find which concealer works for you.

Dark circles under you're eyes are caused because of lack of sleep. Maybe instead of using artifical things and treatments, you should just relax and take a long rest.
I am not sure about the salmon concealer, but I get dark under-eyes and MAC has some of the best concealer out there. It is basically stage make-up(great coverage)without looking to heavy. They have a TON of colors too.

Having both types could be helpful when you are in different situations. Do i need 2 different concealers-1 stick and 1 liquid one for under eye darkness and liquid for blemishes?
It makes no difference whether you use stick or liquid. That is personal preference. However, you should use different colors for under-eye-circles and blemishes. Since you want to brighten up the skin under your eyes, you should use a concealer that is one shade lighter than your skin tone and since you want your blemishes to blend in with the rest of your skin, you want it to be the same color so use a concealer that is the same as your skin tone for that. And always make sure you set the liquid or stick with powder after applied so it will stay in place and not just come off.

    Hope I helped =]
Well I have 2 liquids. One is my skintone color and ones a shade lighter. I use the lighter one for covering up my undereye circles and the normal one for blemishes. Liquid just works much better in my opinion =]

I'm new to makeup and I'm wondering if concealer is only for use to cover dark circles under your eyes

Like, I don't really want to start using foundation because I think my skin isn't all that bad, but on my forehead I have a lot of hyperpigmentation that I really want to cover up. So I 'm wondering if there is a type of concealer you can use for that area and if your in the store how do you test to see if you have the right color? I heard that you're not supposed to dab some on your arm because your arm and face have different skin tones but I might be wrongI'm new to makeup and I'm wondering if concealer is only for use to cover dark circles under your eyes
Concealer can be used for anything! I use it under my eyes and when I get a zit and to cover up some scarring I have.

Since you're new to makeup I would go to like Macy's, Nordstrom, or Sephora (located at your local mall) and go to their makeup counter and tell them that you never wear makeup and need help with finding the right shade to wear. That is what I did when I first started out, and they helped me alot! I still go to the makeup counters and ask for help with shades. I recently bought Mineral Makeup and had NO clue what shade I was for the concealer and the lady at Sephora just looked at me after I asked and immediatly picked out a color. I bought it home and it was perfect! These people know what they are doing LOL

As for tinted moisturizer .. its basically what it says : a moisturizer with a tint. It moisturizes with medium-little coverage. Here is a site with Tinted Moisturizer FAQ: http://www.ineed2know.org/TintedMoisturi鈥?/a>

I use tinted moisturizer during the summer to give my face a little 'glow''. I usually just shop around to buy the cheapest one, LOL They all basically are good. I suggest trying Walgreens ( http://www.walgreens.com ) or CVS ( http://www.CVS.com ) to look for tinted moisturizers.

Hope that helped!I'm new to makeup and I'm wondering if concealer is only for use to cover dark circles under your eyes
Some girl about an hour ago, got good comments for that product to cover a hickeyon her neck.
I usually use concealer to cover up any pimples or complexion imperfections (rarely for dark circles under eyes), and light powder on top. I never use foundation, I think natural is beautiful...
A concealer can be used to cover any skin imperfections. However, if you aren't going to blend a foundation underneath the concealer, you should be sure to blend the concealer really well so your skin doesn't look pale in some areas and dark in others. When testing colors, use the backside of your right hand. You should also use a concealer that is a shade or two lighter than your foundation color. If have trouble finding a shade you like, try neutral shades. They are more likely to match most skin tones.
concelear covers dark circles pimple and blimish

    on the forehead use foundation

    and then a light powder

    1st moisturize moisturize moisturize!
Talk to the ladies at the makeup counter. You can certainly use concealer for all kinds of blemishes, so there's no reason they couldn't help you with this.
you should rub in on the back of your hand to check for the right tone.

A great foundation (that you can use in certain spots/ not all over your face) is Cover Girl TruBlend Whipped foundation. It isn't greasy, it's light and goes on very smooth. I love it! I have been wearing it for a LONG time. I also use Cover Girl Simply Powder Foundation. It's a powder compact but It isn't like most powder. It is a bit thicker and stays on nicely. I would try those two things and see what you think. They are around $8 a piece I believe.

If you would prefer to stick with the concealer, that's fine too. You can use it wherever you need it. If you need it on your forehead, it's OK to use it there. Good luck! Remember less is more! Your makeup should enhance your beauty, not cover it up :)
You might want to try Physians Formula. They have colors for Light, Medium, and Dark. Their bronzers are nice and they DO carry a concealer that looks like a lipstick. You could try their powders instead of liquid makeup. Check them out.

try jcpenny, they have a new sephora section and all the people who work it are very nice and helpful, they helped me find a power to cover up the red sections on my face so they should be able to find you something perfect :)

    heres the site:

Try Avon's mineral makeup,it works a lot better than liquid makeup!! :)
The Benefit eye brightner from Sephora. It's a pencil w/ a pinkish tint to it. i like the Sephora website too-they have EVERYTHING!!!
Try putting tea bags on your eyes...ones that have already been steeped, or cold cucumbers....this will reduce the puffiness from around the eye...If the dark circles are a little pink, I would suggest getting a little more sleep. Mine get that way when I am over tired or getting sick. If not, I use Avon's mineral makeup...I HATE liquid foundation
What I find that usually suits most people is to use a foundation that has a nice tint to it and it will blend the dark circles and not make them so noticeable, then put a light concealer on top of my foundation in the T-zone. It really works and it is a trick that works better then having the concealer underneath.Give it a go and see!
Elizabeth Arden has a great cream for it it eliminates the bags in like 1 week it works wonders!!!

Can you name a good brand in concealers which is use to hide under eye dark circles?

To cover up dark circles, YSL is probably the best concealer in the market http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11鈥?/a>

If you would like to know how to apply concealer, here are few simple steps that you can follow...

    1. To hide dark under eye circles, select a cosmetic under-eye concealer that鈥檚 one shade lighter than the foundation you鈥檙e using.

    2. Understand that a pale yellowish concealer helps hide blue or grayish circles, while a light blue or mauvish concealer masks brownish under-the-eye bags.

    3. Begin with a freshly washed and exfoliated face. Dab concealer under your eyes gently, using a soft circular motion.

maybelline. there's this stuff, comes in a tube like lipstick, and its yellow. the yellow blends with the dark spots of your eyes to lighten it. there's also green for red spots, they both cover heaps well!

they're better off under skin toned liquid concealer or powder.
M.A.C is good. they have different shades of colour to match your skintone. if you're not sure which to choose, just ask them to help you out.

Natural Collection is very good you can get it from boots, it's cheap too! :)
I know just the product for you! I accidentally bought it from my local Sephora, thinking it was a general concealer, when it is in fact meant just for under-eye circles. However, I found that it can also be used (sparingly, because a little goes a long way) to hide blemishes.

The product is called Boi-ing, it's made by Benefit Cosmetics, and I highly recommend it. You can purchase it here: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh鈥?/a>
I got something better than concealer. This will help soften lines on your eyes and prevent any new ones, and you wont have to worry about changing concealer in the winter or summer cuz your skin is darker or lighter and you wont have to deal with the white under your eyes making you look racoonish. Use the new powder, mineral powder, its better for your skin and get a good wrinkle cream, one thats not oily but light. Pat the cream on your lids and under your eyes where you would normally put the concealer only area. Generously accumulate powder on your puff and press it to lids and under eyes and everywhere you have the cream. Press to make the powder stick, do not sweep it over you eyes. Make sure all creamed areas are covered in powder and then use a brush to brush away excess powder and Wola no more racoon white eyes and your wrinkles are getting nourished and no more concealer problems like how it all seems to accumulate right in you laugh lines under your eyes and this is good for you skin

I had the same problem ... about a year ago I started using Mary Kay's Firming Eye Cream (http://www.marykay.com/katiefunk/skincar鈥?/a> and it's done wonders for me. It was designed for older women, but I'm only 25 and I love the stuff. I have friends my age and younger who use it too, and so does my mom. They've all seen good results with it. i have dark eyecircles as well! and im 15 too, i hate them!

anyways, i use garnier eye light cream and it works wonders!

also, when i have time i use cold tea bags and put them on my eyes,

you might not see improvements at first, but slowly they work!

hope they disappear! :DHow do you get rid of dark circles under your eyes (not including concealers)? ?
First of all, you need to make sure you are getting enough sleep. All the treatments won't do anything if your circles are just there because you are too tired. Make sure you get at least 8 hours a night if you aren't already and then see if they go away.

Another way to get rid of puffiness and darkness under your eyes is to cut down on salt if you eat a lot. Salt causes you to retain water, so your undereyes could be puffy and discolored.

Two good ways to get rid of puffiness are cold and caffeine. One way to use cold is to put a spon in the freezer for 20mins or so, take it out, and press it gently on your eye socket. This causes the blood vessels to contract and your eyes to look brighter. For the caffeine route, you can put a tea bag that has already been steeped in water on your eyes and it will make your eyes look brighter.

If your undereye circles are just genetic, the only way to get rid of them permanently may be concealer. Sephora has some great ones, you should check out their website.
Sleep with two pillows for couple of nights it will help to drain the liquid...

Frozen, used tea bags Place them on the eyes to fight darkness and puffiness when tired.

Cucumber juice or grated cucumber It is soothing and has mild bleaching properties. Apply it on your circles daily. For better results you can also mix some tomato juice.

Yogurt and honey Mix a teaspoon each of plain yogurt and honey. Apply it like a mask under the eyes. Wash off after 15 minutes. It鈥檚 very effective.

鈥ere are some causes and remedies which works wonders for dark circles

Will concealer help get rid of the lines under my eyes??

ok so you know when you smile you get these little bags under your eyes? well i have that on one of my eyes but on the other one i have 4 lines they're pretty much wrinkles but im only 15 so i dont know how that could of happened. what kind of makeup will help me to fill them in and if i can use concealer does anyone know of any good brands?

thankyou!!!Will concealer help get rid of the lines under my eyes??
concealer will help with the bags but not the wrinkles, sorry hun. im 15 too %26amp; as well have them little lines, many girls i know do these days. its from, stress, crying, little sleep,..all that kinda stuff which every teenage girl goes through. they can be really annoying but makeup wont hide them. best bet is to get a wrinkle cream....neutrogena has great ones that are especially for the eyes. they work amazing. my cousin uses it, shes in her early 30s and she dont look a day over 18 and it really helped her wrinkles disapear. good luck, hope i could help =)Will concealer help get rid of the lines under my eyes??
yeah covergirl is good but u prob got the mini wwrinkles frm mabye if u wear contacts or wear lots of eyeliner
Dont put concealer down there itll just make the lines more visible. I think you should get some of those products by olay, I think that they're called Olay Reginerists, that are supposed to to get rid of those lines....I havent tried it before but ive been thinking about getting it
Yep, well I'm 15 too and have small bags under my eyes too..You could try sleeping more and also use concealor and face powder aswell.. I was watching Americas Next Top model and they gave some tips like Sleep with your head on 2 pillows so your head is a little bit raised while you sleep as this helps to get rid of fluid in your eyes which causes bags. Tyra Banks uses a darker shade of eyeshadow to make her bags seem less visible. Hope it helps

vitiman E stuff you can get a drugstores or cucumbers and potatoe slices..... or gel masks that you can freeze or warm up and leave it on your eyes for 15 minutes, it will work!
You can try Dermablend. It is a heavier concealer and might work. there are also creams that you cna use that are supposed to help reduce the appearance of circles. You also might be low on iron, so you should discuss it with your doctor. Eating healthy and taking a suppliment might be all you need.
you can use a moisturizer with dark circle serum. this way you can moisturize your skin with the help to reduce dark circles. also use a liquid concealer and dab it under eyes and lightly rub it in too cover your dark circles.

I have some serious under eyes circle what's the best cream or concealer!?

Ok, Benefit do a cream called Eyecon which is meant to reduce dark circles - I haven't tried it but I've heard good things about it.

For concealers, I find the best ones are YSL Touche Eclat, Benefit Erase Paste and Clinque Line Reducer (It's called something like that!). Just make sure you don't choose a shade too light, that's just emphasise it more.

Dot the concealers only where you need them, and then join it up. Don;t put it on too thick, you can always add more where you need it.

%26lt;3I have some serious under eyes circle what's the best cream or concealer!?
Yves Saint Laurent's ';Touche Eclat'; is good as a highlighting concealer which works for me. If you wanted something thicker, MAC's Studio Finish comes in lots of different shades and covers anything!I have some serious under eyes circle what's the best cream or concealer!?
Try estee lauder concealer or another one by Young Blood mineral concealer. Both are just as good except the the latter has no expiry date ! :)

suggestions?????I always have dark circles under my eyes even when i put concealer on. What should I do?
Get concealer that is ONE shade lighter then your natural skin tone. This way it hides those dark bluish circles. Then apply foundation that matches your skin tone and those circles will be concealed.I always have dark circles under my eyes even when i put concealer on. What should I do?
A Mac consultant told me that instead of going really light to conceal dark circles you should choose a slightly darker shade of concealer. It works for me.
Try to sleep more, make up only hides it, not helps it
everybody gets dark circles but some get them darker than others. if concealer doesnt work maybe try this thing called Dermablend. trust me! if you go to Dermablend.com and look at the before and after pictures! see what that thing can do is unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it covers up everything tatoos, breakouts, dark circles, even diseases that show! trust me its awesome. unless u want to pay about $20 for one little bottle then you should diffently get it lol. but theres different stuff to get you'd just have to check out the website
I'd do a few things. Find a cream that may help it (I suffer from this I use Arbonne's nutrimin c regime and the eye cream is really great and has been helpful fyi)

Use a lighter color concealer before you use a mineral powder foundation it really helps.

    Sleep more

diet, take vitamins and drink water..

    Tea bags and cucumbers
maybe you need to catch up on sleep
put a used tea bag on each eye and cucomber slices it sounds cheesy but works lol
a good nights sleep would probably do u good!
There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

    http://www.mydarkcirclesblog.com/2006/11鈥?/a>

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Help! I have dark circles under my eyes even with concealer!!?

I'm pale so it's even more noticeable. It's like a dark shadow under my eyes. Also, i get enough sleep so that's not it. Help please!??Help! I have dark circles under my eyes even with concealer!!?
If you have blue circles, use a yellow concealer under your foundation to correct it. Otherwise, try a light pink concealer. This will bounce light off the dark area. (That picture of me is with no makeup, so you can see what I'm working with).Help! I have dark circles under my eyes even with concealer!!?
The secret to under eye circles is multifaceted. First, eat healthy and drink water(if you drink sodas you have to drink one soda for every water)Next, don't cake on make-up-it just accentuates the wrinkles and circles. Next, use a good moisturizer(I use and sell Arbonne)It will give that most delicate skin area some support and outer moisture-the water gives it from within. My friend tried the yellow concealer and it hid the dark, but emphasized the eye area too much. You want your eyes without the circles!
You can get an under eye cream that helps with that. My personal fave is Patrica Wexler MD, you can find her products at Bath %26amp; Body Works. They are resonibly priced and work great I have a ton of her stuff, plus the eye cream you don't have to use everyday. You can use it for a few days and you'll notice a difference, then you only have to use it a few times a month. And it lasts longer that way.
I bought this stuff at the ';benefit'; counter. Its called a highlighting pencil. (its fat %26amp; pink) I love it. I use it under the conceler, and below my eye brow %26amp; it just highlites the eyes.

Shiseido use to have a fat green (Cream base in a lrg tube ) but it's used to counter the dark shades on the face. I would sample one of those before u buy something super exspensive.
Are you drinking enough water? Well there are treatments you can use to help brighten underneath your eyes. Juice, Lancome, and Estee Lauder are a few brands that has products that may help you. You can go to www.sephora.com and check them out.
Use a light tanning moistuer that will work up a faint natural glow in a few days, apply all over body and face - great confidance boost. Also drink loads of water and get even more sleep to make sure your hydrated and replenished! Dont apply coloured mascara to underneth eyelashes, as it can rub off and cause grey bags (use a see thr or vasaline to shape them) and try to use natural colours on your eyes, not white or colours ... eat healthily or take vitamin supplements and if after a month of all this not helping, so see a Gp and get some advice !
Opt to invest in a good reputable concealer if you are very troubled and uneasy abt having dark circles. Bobbi Brown has great concealers, and i'm sure there will be a shade for u thats long lasting and covers well. May also be the technique you use to apply the concealer. Check out the bobbibrown website, there are a few make up tutorials there. But i reckon if you buy it straight from the dept store, they'll show you how to use it properly. Luck!
I have the same problem since I am so fair skinned. Actually, that problem is genetic!!! Weird huh? Well, if you are really light complexted it's easier to see all the blood vessels under your skin and in the parts where the skin is thinner than other parts, it tends to get dark. Especially under the eyes and the eyes themselves. Well, yeah like everyone else said, eat and drink right! The best way to ';cover it up'; is to use the right concealer depending on if the darkness is a blue or red. Also, don't cake it on to cover it up. Big no-no. And take care of the REST of your skin, and stuff like that is less noticable if the rest of your skin is glowing! ;)

Whats the concealer for Bare Minerals makeup called? Can you use it under your eyes?

i use the foundation to spot-conceal; unless you have major trouble spots, it should be enough. the multi-tasking bisque provides more coverage, for under-eye circles, the well-rested eye-shadow is great all over the lid, as well as for the under eye area, if you are light complected. philosophy skincare has a wonderful cream called ';dark shadows';, which also helps for dark circles.Whats the concealer for Bare Minerals makeup called? Before you apply the concealer, put some moisturiser on your dark circles. The concealer goes on better and wont cake. Also, apply the concealer with your fingers, and don't use much powder. Hope I helped :)
you have to smooth it out with your fingers, the brush doesn't help much, I had a concealer with a brush and I still had to smoth it out with my fingers.

Also don't put on too much powder.
maybe dont use the brush, try using your finger.

mark. cosmetics has a new line of skincare products and the Light Bright hook-up - lighten %26amp; depuff eye gel would be perfect for your concern. The ingredients include cucumber, kiwi %26amp; lotus flower which are all great at targeting that problem area. The reviews so far have been very good. And it is very affordable ($8).

As far as covering them up, I love mark.'s Speedway ';Do Everything Makeup'; ($8) for covering up imperfections. It is a cream-to-powder stick foundation that is perfect to even skin tone. It will help you cover up some of what you don't like, but also leave a natural looking finish.

They also have Invisible Touch concealor ($5) that works well for a lot of people.

ARBONNE IS THE BEST FOR ANYTHING.

MAC IS REALLY GOOD!! IT WORKS REALLY WELL! CLINIQUE HAS A GOOD MOISTURIZER THAT HELPS EYES FROM DARK CIRCLES AND STUFF (IF THATS WHAT THE CASE YOU HAVE). BUT MAC HAS LIQUIDS OR POWDERS, SO IT SHOULD SUIT YOUR SKIN!! GIVE IT A TRY ANYWAYS!
    MAC is really good
Bobbi Brown Corrector is the best thing i have used. I have tried EVERYTHING, and this is amazing. It covers any imperfections or dark circles, looks natural and you can find a shade that is perfect for you. It isnt cheap (拢14 i think) but you only need a little.
My favourites are Boi-ing by Benefit and Ooh La Lift by Benefit. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Clinique isn't cheap either...but their concealer is really supposed to be good. Haven't tried it personally, so I'm afraid I cannot give appropriate advice on that one. :o(

for major dark circles i use Revlon colorstay's undereye concealer for the short term hiding of dark circles, it works EXTREMELY well, i also use Biotherm Hydra-detox gel that i apply everynight, it reduced puffiness and dark circles (i got it from bath and body works)Has anyone tried the age defying (or coverup) concealer for under the eyes? Oil of olay is really good for age defying products.
Mary Kay is ranked #3 for the best concealer...it lasts long and doesn't get cakey...I hate that too! They also have great night creams! You should visit their website, find a consultant in your area, and request some free samples.

Almay used to make a freshwater foundation. I hardly ever wore make-up, but when I did I liked that because I couldn't feel it like others and it stayed smooth. I haven't used foundation in years, I don't have a clue if they still make it. Almay was always my first choice for things like that. It's all a preference though.
    Laura Mercier Secret Concealer.
age doesnt matter when it comes to premature wrinkles. if you don't protect your skin from the sun and use sunblock then you can get premature wrinkles as early as age 15.

dark circles will make you look old compared to premature wrinkles under the eyes.

smoking as NOTHING to do with wrinkles. we all will get wrinkles regardless if you smoke or not.

I have horrible shadows under my eyes, how do I get rid of them? (concealer is not an option)?

The reason I can't use concealer is because I'm a guy. I stay up late a lot, and I get up at 5:30 for school, so during the week I usually get around 6-7 hours, seldomly more than that. How can I reduce these shadows? I know that they're caused by the breaking of blood vessels, but I think some of it might be hereditary also.I have horrible shadows under my eyes, how do I get rid of them? (concealer is not an option)?
you should get around 9 hours of sleep at night, try putting tea bags on them, if its hereditary that you might be susceptible to them then there won't be much you can do about it, just relieve stress, live healthier.I have horrible shadows under my eyes, how do I get rid of them? if you are unable to conceal them you will need to visit your dermatoligist they will look at your skin and determine the problem ( and of corse they have seen every cure for what ever it may be ) and will direct you to what will work best.
If it's really really bad, I'd use concealer even if I was a guy.

Other than that, go to sleep earlier, drink more water, eat healthier...

Best concealer for dark circles under eyes?

I use Bare Minerals Vanilla Sugar eyeshadow as an under-eye concealer. The shadow is a pale peach, and peach is the right color for counteracting the blue/black in dark circles. I apply it with the concealer brush, either before or after I apply my foundation. I usually apply it on my lids too, which brightens up the whole eye area.

You can also use Bare Minerals Well-Rested, which is made specifically for under-eye circles. It also works very well, but I just happen to prefer the Vanilla Sugar. You also apply this one with the concealer brush. Both cost the same, about $13.00.Best concealer for dark circles under eyes?

Is cream concealer better then the stick concealer for hiding dark circles under the eyes?

definatly. the best concealer is the natural collection! its amazing and its not too pricey either

hope this helped =]Is cream concealer better then the stick concealer for hiding dark circles under the eyes?
Yes the cream (wand) concealers are the best for under eye circles. The ones containing light reflecting particles are the best as they reflect light which completly covers up the darkness on your face. I use Touch eclat (yves saint laurent) which is about 拢22 so it is very pricey but very worth it. If this really is too much (i was very reluctant to pay out lol) youb should get the bourgois one which is very good. I got that one too. You should never use stick concealers unders the eyes as you drag on the skin too much when you rub it in. This causes wrinkles which you really dont want. They are good for spots though. Hope i have helped you. xxxxxxxxxxxxIs cream concealer better then the stick concealer for hiding dark circles under the eyes?
do not use stick concealers under your eyes as these will stick into all the minor wrinkless and creases around the delicate eye area, deepening wrinkles and speeding up the aging process.

my advice would be to use a creamier concealer with slight yellow undertones as this balance out the bluey black pigments of under eye circles.

i use a great one from a pallette by NYC, if you want a budget option

    hope this helps

    Daisy
Absolutely. Stick concealer doesn't seem to cover very well, so when I use it, I have to reapply at least 3 times, and those dark circles just shine right on through! Liquid concealer provides better coverage.
Yes. the stick concealers can drag the delicate skin under your eyes, and cause more problems than they hide. Getting enough sleep and drinking plenty of water will help avoid dark circles in the first place. [Sorry if I sound like your mum ;0)]
I think so, because the consistency is easier to blend and doesn't feel as sticky :)
yes, ... so that you can control exactly where you want it better.

Do i use concealer to get rid of bags under eyes?

What you can do is buy a consealer that is lighter then your skin. Because if you get one that is the same tone, it won't work well. So get a tone lighter, then If you have a powder foundation use that over the consealer. It should last. But make sure when you dont need it, wash it off. Because it may clog your pores and cause zits and pimples. And also get enough sleep.

MAC or COVERGIRLDo i use concealer to get rid of bags under eyes?
I have Physician's formula under eye concealer. It works really well for that and helps to reduce the bags under your eyes. ^_^Do i use concealer to get rid of bags under eyes?
yeah, make sure it doesnt clog your pores though, or you'll have pimples there instead. or both =/
Yes, one with a yellow undertone works best =]

What colour is best for hiding dark shadows under eyes? light or medium coloured concealer?

It depends on your skin tone, but you definitely want your concealer to be slightly lighter than your skin. I have medium olive skin, and swear by a peach-toned concealer. It counteracts the blue/purple of dark circles. I also use a yellow-based one that works great too. Here is what I use:

Yellow based, works for everyone: Bare Minerals Well-Rested (truly a miracle worker)

Peach based, works for olive tones: Bare Minerals Vanilla Sugar (it's an eyeshadow, but it works great as a concealer)

Whatever product you decide to use, apply it with a light hand and very, very gently. Don't pull or tug on the skin, and blend it in by gently patting it with your ring finger. What colour is best for hiding dark shadows under eyes? light or medium coloured concealer?
To be honest it depends on your skin tone.

Because if you have tanned skin and you put really light concealer then it makes you look really weird and the same happens if you have fair skin and use a darker concealer... =S

So just compare them with your skin tone, obviously concealer does have to be a bit lighter than your skin tone to cover up but not too light

    Hope it helps!!! =D

make up forever has really good concealers but the only problem is that they're pretty pricy. You could still check them out though. if you're looking for something less expensive, you can try maybelline. I use maybelline liquid one, i think they really work and they're cheap! Though i think they only have 3 shades. If none work for you, you should try rimmel, revlon, whatever you can find that has your shade of colour. You shouldnt really use this concealer for both undereye and the face because the shade for your face SHOULD suit the face but the shade for the undereye should be a little lighter than that. Remember to pat the undereye gently!Whats the best concealer for covering dark circles under your eyes?

HELP! I have broken blood vessels under my eyes and i need a good concealer to cover that up?

Clinique Advanced Concealer will cover up anything! From acne to dark circles, to red spots and broken vessels! It's $13.50 at Dillard's....or any other major department store. And the tube will last you a very long time. It's worth the few extra dollars to buy it, rather than a cheaper one from the drug store. You will not be dissappointed! Trust me:)HELP! I have broken blood vessels under my eyes and i need a good concealer to cover that up?
A CoverGirl concealer stick should do the trick. Ask your drug store makeup girl to help you find the right shade. To really solve your problem though you should get a Vitamin K cream (available at Walmart and probably your regular drugstore). It's usually pretty cheap and it will repair the damage and prevent it from re-occurring.

  • [PLEASE HELP] Dark Circles Under Eyes? I use concealer but...?

I wake up with dark circles under my eyes EVERY day. I use concealer and pressed powder to try and cover them up, and it works, kinda. I put on the yellow stick concealer, and it doesn't cover up the circles enough, so I put on pressed powder over it.

My problem is that after I put on all this makeup, it looks nasty and all caked on.

How can I make it look better?

Is there any other remedies for dark circles that ACTUALLY work?

I need to wake up tomorrow without dark circles...[PLEASE HELP] Dark Circles Under Eyes? I use concealer but...?
i think you could try brightner under the eyes, because no matter how dark the bags are, a little concealer with brightner on top makes you look really awake. Brightner really works on my eyes, and i have dark circles too. Try not to use powder, because it'll dry up the skin and flake. Just some simpe concealer with some brightner on top. That's all it takes. ^^[PLEASE HELP] Dark Circles Under Eyes? I use concealer but...?
i know its gay. but i would suggest trying to sleep more.
I don't think there is any cure for dark circles, but Bare Minerals Makeup has this amazimg thing called mineral veil. They call it that because it really covers the lines and circles without lookng cakey. If you buy the combo with blush, foundation and mineral veil it even tells you how to apply each one, to minimize your circles. I use it. It really works. I would really recomend this. It is mineral based makeup and is not bad for your skin like alot of other brands.
use a concealer with yellow undertones to cover the circles and try a little bit of smashbox photo op undereye concealer..i use it everyday it creates a light shimmer to disguise the dark circles. and lay off the powder, too much of it actually makes them look worse. try some wet teabags on your eyes at night before you go to bed also, that seems to help
ARBONNE!! The eye cream is the best!!!1
well if the concealer hasn't been working...Dark circles under the eyes can generally mean that there is a lack of iron in your body. try lots of broccoli or eating other foods with lots of iron in them. or, if u want you can buy iron supplements. i hope that helps!
ooh wow i used to have that problum too. the BEST THING TO USE IS HYLEXIN EYE CREAM%26gt; ITS A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT MY DARK EYE CIRCLES ARE GONE! and when i say gone i mean they ARE gone :))) it lterally works and makep just makes it look worse and if not...it makes it look more dark then when u started.
Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care.Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in luke warm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. Check out http://useinfo-darkcircles.blogspot.com/ for more info.
in the morning press very cold tea bags (green tea works best, regular ones are fine too) under the eyes for like 5 mins each. the antioxins in the tea leaves will reduce the dark circles a lot and the coolness will reduce any puffiness you might have. also.. when you are in the shower (you should do the tea bags after) use your fingertips to tap the undereye area lightly. it sounds weird but it wakes the area up and makes them seem less sleepy
You could just have bad genitics and have to live with it. OR . You could sleep more. It just depends. I have dark circles coz i dont sleep enough.

Concealer makes my under eyes look dry???

Why do I get tiny little bumps when applying concealer under my eyes?

I suffer from dark circles and bags under my eyes, and no matter what i do, they just won't go (I'm 15 by the way), so I have to put concealer under my eyes everyday to look the least bit presentable.

Problem is, every time after I've put it on, I notice really small bumps in the inner corners under my eyes. Is this normal? Do I have to moisturise with an eye cream, drink more water or what?

Also, if you have any tips that actually work on getting rid of bags and/or dark circles, PLEASE tell me!!! I put ice cubes (made from chamomile and mint tea) under my eyes every morning for the past 4 months, and no difference. I've tried warm and cold tea bags, cucumbers, potatoes, ice-cubes, eye masks, spoons, olive oil... I can't think of any more, but i know they just won't go away. Sometimes the blueish tinge has lessened, but the bags are always there and they make me look like a hag. I get enough sleep, drink a fair amount of water, but I think I've had them since I started school last September (I was home-schooled before then), so maybe it has something to do with stress or something. But I don't really feel stressed, so I'm stumped!!

Any help or advice, and I'm really happy!!! Also, in Boots i tried out two different shades of Maybelline's Cover Stick Corrector Concealer (Fair and Medium), where the fair was more salmon and the medium more sandy/yellow. I've heard that both of these colours eliminate dark circles, but which gives better results?

Sorry about all these questions :S Cheers XxxWhy do I get tiny little bumps when applying concealer under my eyes?
You should try moisturising every night and morning under you eyes, because usually the bumps are telling you that the skin around your eyes is a bit dry. Also sleep at LEAST 8 hours a night, and drink as much water as possible.

To balance the dark rings, avoid blue or green based concealers, stick to orange bases, so eith of the Maybelline ones should be quite good.

It is possible that the bags are there because you are too rough with the skin in that area. When putting on concealer/moisturiser/foundation/ taking off make-up pat gently with your ring finger, do not drag or rub the skin around your eyes because it is very sensitive.

    Good products:

Origins No Puffery is pretty good, and maybe you could try the Garnier Eye Roll-on.

There are many products out there, perhaps go into Boots with your mum and ask for help.

Also, drinking green tea is meant to help. It gets rid of all the toxins etc. and can lessen puffiness and colour. If you don't like green tea there is this stuff which I tried for my skin and it has helped clear up my blemishes:

Anti-Oxidant Water Booster by DR BRANDT

    http://www.spacenk.co.uk/product/skincar鈥?/a>

you add a drop to your water, and it contains the same amount of antioxidants as 15 cups of green tea. I think it comes in three flavours. You can get it from SpaceNK or online.

Well, good luck with finding a solution. ;)Why do I get tiny little bumps when applying concealer under my eyes?
Me too and I don't know why either!

What I do know is that when I moisturise with eye cream, the concealer seems to have a more concealing effect!

The best make-up to cover it is Maxfactor. I use pastelle and then I have a very light powder to dab on just under the eyes.

My eyes have been dark since I was about 8 and now I am 31 and they've never got any better. I think make-up and moisturise!! x
    hey

do you only get it after you put on your concealer?

if you notice it when you're not wearing make up i think i had the same problem. i used to put my face cream just below my eyes and i was told that i shouldn't do that (sorry i can't remember why) but i took my friend's advice and bought a moisturizing eye cream and the bumps went away after 2 weeks or so

i think they might be called milia? not sure. probably want to check it out or maybe talk to a dermatologist
Those little skin colored bumps? REEAALLLY teensy?

I get those, too. Well, I have them. I think they were already there.

Get an eyebrightener and then put on your concealer. Really, I don't know much about drugstore brands like what carries what, but I'm sure you could find some by Physicians Formula or L'oreal or Revlon.

You might be tired. Try to go to sleep earlier. People should sleep for about 9-10 hours each day. It could also be caused by eye strain. Try not to sit on the computer or watch T.V. too long. If that doesn't work, try ask your doctor what you should do.
You should try getting more sleep if you can't, Paula's Choice Soft Cream Concealer might work

It's not working. Am I putting it on right?

I have one that is sorta like a lip gloss. Do I put it on my finger and dab it on to the spot?Concealer On Circles Under Eyes?
I have concealer that you put on like lip gloss. I have always just put it on with the brush, and rubbed it in with my fingers. I don't think this has worked the best, but it has covered up the circles under my eyes. I would recommened trying it with your fingers, and dabbing it on...and seeing which worked better.

Hope I helped =DConcealer On Circles Under Eyes?
i always put it on the spot then dab it on. don't rub it in though. use your ring finger to dab in the concealer because it is the weakest of the fingers and works the best when applying concealer.
you only need alittle of that concealer...

I am assuming you are young..why do u have circles? sometimes if you are dehydrated you can get them...or over tired...either way....you might even need to reduce puffyness...try preparation H ...leave on then, wash after about 20 min..then try the concealer again...

preparation H is a models secret...so dont laugh at my suggestion..
I would put it on my finger, by doing this you put on less and more even, when putting on the under eye you will put on more and is harder to look natural

Cant cover my dark bags under my eyes have tried concealer?

You can use a yellow or peach colour concealer that is what covers up the blue

Or if you have some orange lipstick put a small ammount of that on rub it in and then conceal over the top.

Dont use too much or you'll look strange lolCant cover my dark bags under my eyes have tried concealer?
You may have not used a concealer designed for the purpose.

Here are some concealers that have had good reviews for hiding eye bags and shadows. Buy a shade lighter than your skin tone.

Rimmel Recover Anti-Fatigue Concealer, (budget one for under eyes)

Bourjois Anticerne Pour Petits Matins 鈥?Anti Shadow Concealer (good budget concealer for eye bags)

Clinique Airbrush Concealer (good for under eyes, eyebags

Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage (good for under eyes, redness and other blemishes. In Style award 2006)

Dior Skinflash Radiance Booster Pen (described as a magic wand for dark circles, eye bags and shadows) seems to be popular.Cant cover my dark bags under my eyes have tried concealer?
You could try one of the new eye rollers that are out at the moment. I can't offer you any advice as to how good they are though.

Another thing that can help, is sleeping with your head higher up (more pillows etc). Puffiness around the eyes is caused by fluid, and if you sleep with your head higher up, this is significantly reduced.

Once morning comes, you can wash your face with cold water. To reduce the bags, leave the cold cloth over your eyes for a little while.

Either that or you can get plastic eye pack things. They're full of liquid, and you put them in the fridge. The when they're cold, just put them over your eyes for a while.

Failing all of this, some light reflecting concealer or foundation might work.

    Good luck x
Use a lightener (for eyes only) and I watched it on 'What Not to Wear' and when they did this persons makeup I recognized that they used that product, Im not too to sure of what its actually called, but thats the product your looking for.

Try ';yellow'; concealer -- it's designed to cover up blue coloring beneath skin.

(';Blue'; concealer covers up any red marks, like pimples or veins.)

The yellow and blue concealers are sold by all different brands and are located next to the skin-toned ones. I find the colored ones work MUCH better.
Try a good face powder as a base then add concealer maybe this will work.
try max factor corrector and then apply foundation on top..
