when ever i put concealer on (it usually happens with creams) my under eyes always look dry and like there are little bumps. it makes it look horrible.
why is it doing this?
how can i stop it?
(i don't wanna switch concealers cause i found a good one. i just need to get rid of the problem listed above)

Always apply moisturizer before applying foundation or concealer.Concealer makes my under eyes look dry???
wash your face first, then put your moisturizer on, then do your make-up.
